Rod’s testimonial for Peter and the crew at Redlands Constructions is quite a significant coup, as Rod is perhaps one of the greatest architects currently practising in the world.
Rod is the senior Principal of ‘Populous’. This organisation is responsible for the design of the London Olympic Games stadium. In total 520 million people have attended a Populous designed facility in the past 10 years alone. Other stadiums designed by Populous include: Sydney Olympic stadium, soccer stadiums at Bristol and Monterrey.

My husband & I bought an apartment from Peter ‘off the plan’. Naturally, we were a little nervous as we had never bought off the plan before. We were soon put at ease! Throughout construction we were informed as to the progress of the development. Peter was available throughout the process to answer any questions we may have had and was also keen to show us through the ‘shell’ and what was to be our apartment. We could not have been happier with the updates and progress of the development.
We have been and still are delighted with the quality of the fitout and size of the apartment. The location we consider to be the best in Cleveland – only a five minute walk to the shops, restaurants, the water – everything is so close.
We can only wish Peter and his team every success with his future developments and would highly recommend his product to anyone.
